The Geelong Fragrance Fair is for everyone who loves scent. We want every visitor to feel welcome and to be able to enjoy the Fair with ease. This page sets out what we are doing, and how to let us know what you need.
At the Fair
The Fair is held at Deakin University’s Geelong Waterfront campus. As we finalise the event, we will publish clear information on step-free access, accessible bathrooms, parking, seating and getting to the venue. If you have a specific access requirement, please tell us ahead of time and we will do everything we reasonably can to support your visit.
- Companion Card holders are welcome, and a companion ticket can be arranged.
- Assistance animals are welcome throughout the Fair.
- We can share quieter times and the most accessible routes through the makers hall on request.
A note on scent
By its nature, the Fair is a scent-rich environment. If you are sensitive to fragrance, we recommend visiting during quieter periods and taking breaks in well-ventilated or outdoor areas. If it would help to plan your visit around this, get in touch and we will share the quietest times of day.
This website
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. The site is built to work with a keyboard, to use clear text and colour contrast, to describe its images, and to respect your system setting if you prefer reduced motion. Accessibility is ongoing, so if you come across something that is hard to use, we would genuinely like to hear about it.
